Step 1

•  Connect the two paddle pieces by pushing the button and sliding them together, then open the latch and set the desired length.
• (Tip: A good rule of thumb is your height plus 10")

Step 2

•  Close the latch and your good to go!
• (Tip: To fine tune the tension, you can adjust the latch as necessary with a screwdriver)
